Almost everything was a disaster. I booked a room with an en-suite, but instead got a room with a bathroom across the hallway. I definitely woudl ve been satisfied with a complimentary gesture after such chaos, but apparently that's too much to ask.

The rooms were a nice size and new-fashioned and the bathrooms were large. It was based in amazing building in a comfy location, right near everything. I had coffee at Caffe del Corso, located within 5 minutes walk.

The location is perfect for a cruise adventure, right in the heart of Civitavecchia. The charming atmosphere grows on you after battling up four flights of stairs. Breakfast was good, filled with delicious food choices that fueled our day! The lovely staff added to the experience.

The idea to include coffee/tea makers and refrigerators in the double room was nice. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The location was excellent, just next door to good restaurants, Port, Train Station, restaurants, shopping places and Right in centre of town with shops.
The setting was hard to find.

My stay was centered around embarking on a cruise, and I appreciated the convenience of being so close to the port. The spacious Quadruple Room was comfortable for the four of us, complete with a mini-fridge stocked with water and snacks. Each morning started off right with a good breakfast prepared by Cherry. It was also a great spot for exploring nearby attractions like Michelangelo Fortress and the charming local shops.

The Quadruple Room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds and a tv. Enjoyed the free toiletries, hairdryer, and the mini fridge. Breakfast had a wide variety. Cherie provided quick replies to our questions. The views were fantastic, and the beach was just a short walk away!

The location of tourist appartment port view is great, right near the pedestrian zone. The quad room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was varied and had delicious choices that kickstarted our day!
